Did Smartmatic help the Liberal Party rig the 2016 Philippine Presidential Elections?

Who would have thought that the late former ambassador Roy Señeres, who withdrew from the presidential race shortly before his death last February would affect the Presidential Elections conducted on the 9th of May? It seems dead people have a way of “influencing” Philippine politics. We all know that incumbent President Benigno Simeon Aquino only got elected through sympathy votes after his beloved mother and so-called EDSA people power icon Cory died a few months before the 2010 Presidential Elections. Likewise, Vice Presidential candidate Leni “Daang Matuwid” Robredo also benefited from her late husband’s passing who died in a plane crash while still the Department of Interior and Local Government (DILG) Secretary. Shortly after, she won as congresswoman in the 2013 elections.

Leni Robredo: Will she allow hers and her late husband's good names to be dragged down by Liberal Party cheats?
Leni Robredo: Will she allow hers and her late husband’s good names to be dragged down by Liberal Party cheats?
So how did Señeres affect the recently held Presidential Elections? Well, apparently the “ñ” in his name along with several other candidates’ names came out as “?”. At least this was the Venezuelan Smartmatic technician’s excuse when asked why he inserted a new program at 7.30pm of Election Day while the system was in the middle of canvassing the votes. The technician added later on that it was his boss Smartmatic Project Director Marlon Garcia who instructed him to do so. They are calling this mere “cosmetic change” and did not affect the election results.

Yeah, right. But the Commission on Elections (COMELEC) supposedly conducted a dry run prior to the elections, so the question is, why didn’t anyone from both Smartmatic and the COMELEC notice that the “ñ” came out as “?” during the dry-run? The more important question is, why didn’t the Smartmatic technician inform anyone from either the Parish Pastoral Council for Responsible Voting Center (PPCRV) or COMELEC of what he was about to do before doing it?

Based on the reported accounts of the IT expert from the PPCRV who remains anonymous, when they confronted the Venezuelan technician, his initial response was he just needed to introduce a “new script” without mentioning the reason.

The IT expert said there was no Comelec official present when the tampering of the system took place.

When confronted, the source said the Venezuelan admitted that the order to introduce a new script came from Marlon Garcia, project director of Smartmatic.

The source said the “confrontation” had been recorded on video and audio.

“The Smartmatic IT expert’s job was only to ‘receive, decrypt and distribute’ the files. Since we are also IT experts and we have been doing this since the preparation for seven months already, we knew what the Venezuelan did was something irregular. He introduced a new script, a new computer program and commands that could alter everything and supersede the existing program,” he said.

He explained that the breach was confirmed when the “hash code” that was inside the transparency server was different from the hash code brought in by the Smartmatic.

“The hash code inside the transparency server should be the same as the one to be inserted. We saw they’re different so we started to be suspicious and confronted the guy,” the source said.

Bongbong Marcos and son Sandro bravely face massively-orchestrated fraud and media demonisation by the Liberal Party.
Bongbong Marcos and son Sandro bravely face massively-orchestrated fraud and media demonisation by the Liberal Party.
It’s outrageous that both the Smarmatic technician and Project Director Garcia haven’t been arrested yet for violating Republic Act 8436 or the Philippine Automated Election Laws that prohibits any tampering without authorisation from COMELEC officials especially in the middle of transmitting election results. The authorities should have arrested them right there and then and interrogated them immediately. They should not be allowed to leave the country before allegations of election fraud are resolved.

The problem is the people in authority are showing their bias. The speed with which COMELEC Chairman Andres Bautista denied there was cheating involved was quite suspect. He said this even before thorough investigations were conducted. Likewise, PPCRV’s Henrietta de Villa also denied there was a confrontation involving her people and the Smartmatic Technician even when the incident was recorded. Some say that they are making light of the breach of security as usual. It is worth noting that Bautista is a close ally of both Aquino and former cabinet member and Presidential candidate Mar Roxas who lost the election to Davao City Mayor Rodrigo Duterte. Meanwhile, speculation is rife that De Villa is a staunch anti-Marcos advocate.

Some IT experts are asking: What was the point of the code certification when the code can be replaced anytime even in the middle of transmission of data? It just doesn’t make any sense.

It turns out that Smartmatic also did a similar stunt during the 2013 midterm elections. In fact, a group had filed a lawsuit against Smarmatic officials  for electoral sabotage when they changed the source code just hours before the voting closed on 13th of May 2013:

An election case was filed on Thursday before the Commission on Elections against officials of Smartmatic–Total Information Management (TIM) Corp. for allegedly altering the source code of the Precinct Count Optical Scan (PCOS) machines in the May 13, 2013 midterm polls.

In their Joint Affidavit-Complaint, the group headed by former poll body commissioner Gus Lagman accused Smartmatic officials Cesar Flores, President for Asia-Pacific; Albert Castro Rico and Marlon Garcia of violating Republic Act 9369, or the Poll Automation Law when it changed the source code just hours after voting closed last May 13, 2013.

“Smartmatic officials/personnel inexplicably changed the scripts of the un-reviewed source code at or about the time of the consolidation/canvassing during the said elections,” they said in their seven-page complaint.

They added, “This action on the part of Smartmatic as well as the Election Management System constitutes the crime of electoral sabotage.”

In unrelated news, in 2006 Smartmatic was the subject of a U.S. Federal government investigation after the company’s takeover of a leading American manufacturer of electronic voting machines Sequoia Voting Systems of Oakland, California. It was alleged that leftist Venezuelan President Hugo Chávez is part owner of Smartmatic and could influence election results in the U.S. The allegation was strongly denied by Chavez and said that his government only use Smartmatic for Venezuela’s electoral process. Meanwhile back in 2004, the Venezuelan government’s financial agency reportedly invested money “into a smaller technology company, owned by some of the same people as Smartmatic, that joined with Smartmatic as a minor partner in the bid”.

In return, the government agency was given a 28 percent stake in the smaller company and a seat on its board, which was occupied by a senior government official who had previously advised Mr. Chávez on elections technology. But Venezuelan officials later insisted that the money was merely a small-business loan and that it was repaid before the referendum.

Smartmatic as a company has come a long way from being a once fledgling technology start-up to now selling its products to developing countries like the Philippines where safeguards against fraud are weak or quite often ignored. This is precisely what happened in the recently-held Presidential Elections.

Embattled president of Smartmatic Asia, Cesar Flores

I would recommend a Senate inquiry into the electoral fraud allegations but considering a lot of senators are members of the Liberal Party, the investigation will amount to nothing but opportunity for them to grandstand.

Indeed, perpetrators of election fraud using electronic machines expect the public not to notice anomalies especially when tech jargon is involved to explain the phenomenon. They are also hoping that the public’s short attention span will work on their behalf. And this is the reason why allegations of cheating in the 2010 and 2013 elections did not progress into criminal prosecution. Unfortunately, it is also the reason why election fraud will continue in the years to come.

If Filipinos want the tradition of cheating during election to stop, they should stop asking Senator Bongbong Marcos to concede even before a formal investigation takes place. If Robredo’s lead was in the millions and if there weren’t any dubious activities during the election, I would agree with them. But Robredo’s lead is not that big and the circumstances when her numbers started going up – after the Venezuelan Smartmatic personnel changed the script – has cast a doubt on the whole election process. The integrity of the result has been compromised.

If I were in Robredo’s shoes, I would join the calls for an investigation and possible recount just to remove doubts about the election result. Based on unofficial election results, Robredo should recognise that the number of people who supported her is almost the same as the people who supported Marcos. That only means there are millions of people who believe in Marcos Jr despite the negative propaganda continually hurled against him. Robredo should be careful not to insult their intelligence. Since the election anomaly has happened, there are more people who think she has sold her soul to the Liberal Party. She should do something to change that perception.

Cheating to win the election is so Third World. Smartmatic seems to be leading the way for despots to rule in such countries. Hopefully, Filipinos will put an end to this. Filipinos cannot consider themselves to be living in a truly democratic country if their politicians can cheat election results and get away with it. It means politicians who have the means are choosing for them. If this trend continues, Filipinos might as well call the Philippine election process dead.

  1. The SWS exit polls survey revealed that BBM is ahead of madam Leni by 2.something %..including some other survey firms..ahead din si BBM..pre election day surveys were drummed up by t.v. networks, bakit yung exit polls survey hindi nila masydong nilabas at na tackle? Kung tutuusin mas paniniwalaan ko tong exit polls kasi tapos nang bumuto ang tao e..is it because nanguna si BBM? I wonder…having said that and having read all the incidents and inconsistencies of explanations made by people in these strings of events, the results of this electoral process have been severely compromised.

    1. LP is really doing a number on us. Tsk tsk…I hope the truth will come out. They didn’t anticipate a lot of brilliant minds were closely watching the results unlike in previous elections.

      1. bayad ba kayo ni BBM? kasi yung mister mo imelda (how ironic the name) eh fan my BBM for president movement sa FB page nya eh.

Who cares?! Why not just have clean, and fair elections. Walang kampihan.

Only after a series of “successful” results made showing its validity will confirm d installing of script or patch into a “LIVE or Production” region of an operating S/W. In this case, regardless of how simple the error was, NO INSTALLATION SHOULD BE MADE WHILE A SYS IS IN ” LIVE” MODE. This could trigger a changr in the SQL commands that are embedded in the EXE file of the S/W.

    1. Thanks for the info, rein carnation! It just doesn’t make any sense for the Smartmatic guy to “fix” something in the middle of canvassing. Plus he didn’t ask permission before doing it.

  3. I suspect that the votes of DU30 might reached 20MN if not from that Hash code. I doubted votes of Drilon and Villanueva will be higher than DU30.

    1. agree Roxas should not even number 2 since most OFW included Filipino citizens did not bother to vote for him and 1st of all that many voters did not even give much attention to vote for senators so where did that Drilon get his higher vote than Du30?? curios right

  4. Ilda, what you mentioned is exactly what I had told my wife the other day when we talked about this obviously questionable outcome.

If Robredo is so certain that there was no cheating and that she won in a clean and fair election, then she should by all means join BBM and call for a recount and an in-depth investigation.

Certainly she would not want to win this election through fraud? Or does she?

    Does she?

    1. I really don’t think she has any real choice in this matter. If you know what I mean. 😉

“There are no strings on me.” – Pinocchio

    2. @Jim

Unfortunately, I think Robredo is now celebrating with the yellow minions. She keeps insisting there was no cheating even before any investigation is conducted. She’s supposed to be a lawyer and should know that the Smartmatic guys violated the law.

  5. We should get COMELEC to sort this whole mess out fast. I was hoping pa man din to see BBM’s face on the daily news for the next 6 years.

His baby face (not bad at 58) is so much less stressful look at than Leni’s spooky eyes. Oops, what am I talking about … Plataporma mga kababayan; plataporma ang basihan!

    1. I expect to see Leni’s crying face each time something happens. People holding the top spot should be tough.

    2. i wonder how you look like after criticizing them. Surely you look even more ugly, i can sense from the way you act.

  6. Is it a coincidence that George Soros bought substantial shares of Smartmatic? I do not think so. Soros is lunked to the destabilization of Ukraine before until Russia made its move.

The real issue in this election is control of the South China Seas by US and its allies. To remove BBM as the next successor makes DU30 walking on a very thin ice if he makes the blunder of favoring China.

Kaya sama sama tayong ituwid itong pandaraya!

  10. Smartmatic Headquarters is in London , United Kingdom. Smartmatic Corporation has offices in Delaware, U.S.A.

We have to investigate, the Hardware first of the PCOS machine; if it is the same as the Original design. You can ask for the Blueprint or Mylar of the design of the PCOS machine. There is a patent number of this PCOS machine, in the U.S. Bureau of Patents…

Next, is to determine the SOFTWARE, they used in the Philippines elections. Any source codes; computer programs , especially: Executable Files, can alter the way the turnout of the voting and the counting.

Last is; take all the machines, seal all of them. Take all the ballots, put them in boxes, and seal them. Put them all in a safe warehouse. Guard and seal the warehouse.

Fire the head of the COMELEC. DO A RECOUNT of the votes, watched by concerned citizens.

Prosecute anyone, who ordered and had done this evilness.

I suspect that the 2010 Philippine election, was stolen by Aquino and his cahoots. If Aquino, Mar Roxas, Porky Drilon and the Liberal Party, have violated the election law using FRAUD. Then, Jail them all!

Anybody who blocks the RECOUNT/INVESTIGATION, is an accessory of this ELECTORAL FRAUD!

    1. Hire an Information Technology expert, from the U.S., to help in the investigation…U.S. is where these voting machines were invented and developed.

      1. I have put information on the recent Zaxx” article , regarding the CERTIFICATION and TEST of these voting machines and equipment, and system.

        Please read them!

  13. I like that your title encourages the people to ponder on this very important issue. Vote rigging is a crime in our country that never gets resolved and cheaters never get punished that’s why every election they are able to manipulate vote results.

This ? error could be intentional. Why didn’t they removed Señeres in the list when he was dead? He withdrew two months before the election. I think that’s a better reason to change something with more time back then if they are looking for reasons to touch the code. Votes for him can still be cast to leaders who can duly serve. Comelec test voting was even done a week after election why didn’t they noticed or corrected this ? error back then? The panicking party, who never got ahead in polls, need a reason, no matter how minor, to change something when the reality clarify their delusions.

COMELEC, you owe the Filipinos the truth regarding this issue! BE FAIR! YOU SHOULD BE PROTECTING THE SANCTITY OF OUR BALLOT!

    1. @rein carnation:

The Smarmatic PCOS is already compromised. The Philippine election in 2010 and 2016 were FRAUDS. It was done by Aquino , Mar Roxas, Porky Drilon and the Liberal Party.

People of any nationality can be susceptible to corruption.

We must all be Vigilant; as a wise man said: ” Eternal vigilance is the Price of Liberty….”!

  16. Mga kababayan kong Filipino, huwag na nating palampasin itong pandaraya na ito. Nadaya na pala tayo nuon 2010, at ngayon they try to do it again. We have a lot of IT personnel na hindi kailangan ang smart matic machine. pwedde namn magamit ang ating simple technology na simple transmittion, thru emails etc. . Papayag ba kayo ng lokohin at dadayain habang buhay nitong mga Liberal Party na ayaw umalis sa kanilang mga posisyon, kahit ayaw na ng mga tao sa kanila, dahil sila ang salot sa bayan????

    1. @ Ralph:

Please read my comments on the Zaxx’ article. The agencies, I have stated can help…

  19. There must be recount. Recount not just vice presidential race but also senatorial race and local election. I notice that almost all LP Members get in the position. I definitely remember my family did not voted even one LP member. There is no true democracy in our country if we are still manipulated and controlled by evil people who pretend to be our leader. These leaders are proven/obvious in their involvement of anomalies, lies, corruption and betrayal to our us, to our country. What else proof that we want??.. Until all is gone for our future??.. We have suffered, neglected, abused, and discriminated. We must not allowed this things anymore!!.

  20. We must unite, Filipino. We are given this chance to correct the anomaly and evil plan. We wanted fair and honest election. If we are guilt free and honest especially the electoral candidates, why should we be afraid of if recount of votes will do?. For example, if im an honest, true and guilt free candidate, i have no reason to be afraid for recount. Instead i will allow recount to show to the Filipinos the true result who wins.

    1. Joy villa,

“Instead i will allow recount to show to the Filipinos the true result who wins.”

Comelec has already separated, bundled, and magically made to disappeer the “true results who wins.” Even if we are not afraid for a recount, the results will only reveal what Comelec and the current administration want us to see and what we already know. We are only setting ourselves up for more disappointment over something that is out of our control.

There is simply no integrity in Failippine politics.

    1. C:

All the PCOS Machines are all COMPROMISED. The Ballots are all COMPROMISED. The Voting System is now COMPROMISED.

It is the evil and wicked work of :Aquino, Mar Roxas, YellowTards, Porky Drilon , and the Liberal Party.

It is time to ask help from advanced countries, like: Germany and the United States, to help in the investigation. To test these voting machines, the ballots and the electoral system…PLEASE DO THIS FOR THE SAKE OF FUTURE ELECTIONS!

      1. Looking at the news, it seems to be a wide-scale cheating in all levels. From the trashed SD cards, trashed voting ballots, breaking down machines, weird figures and stats. I know I simply been posting links, buts here’s another analysis that doesn’t even take statistics, just plain common sense. It’s about how undervotes (people who did not vote for the position / invalidated their vote, suddenly shoot up then down and really down on the fishy hours).

Why do you think the Americans gave the Failippines back to the unruly Failippinos in 1946 instead of annexing us into a territory or states? To save themselves future headaches.

  21. sorry nalang sa inyong lahat, mananalo si Leni at hindi si Marcos. Correction, hindi dinaya ni Leni si Marcos, Tinalo lang! Why people cannot accept that? booo.

    1. Jem,

Because it (Leni Rebredo’s winning as fair and square) is not. Come on, now. We’re talking about Failippine politics here, where the only honest people are the ones who are still in their mother’womb and those who’ve passed away. Leni Rebredo might not have done the cheating herself, but the ones who supported and wanted her to be the next vice-president (Aquino’s administration and Comelec) did. Let’s be honest for a change, okay? I know it’s hard to do, but let’s try anyway.

      Aeta

        1. Jem,

Here are two (2) profound and concrete evidence. First Why haven’t Comelec finished counting all the votes yet? This is the first time in Failippine election that it has taken this long to count the votes.

Second, where is the media (ABS-CBN and GMA) to make sure there is no cheating taking place? The media is usually in the middle of everything when things get hot and controversial in the country. Why are they keeping a hushed and cotrolled lips about everything on this VP vote counting? It definitely makes all of us wonder.

Anyone with a bit of common sense can tell that there is something very unusual going on behind closed doors, that the Aquino administration and Comelec are not being truthful about this vote counting at all.

Like I said, BBM and Leni Rebredo should have held their own rallies like Duterte and Roxas, so we can all see by the number of turnouts on which candidate the country really wants.

The Aquino administration and Comelec, even in their best effort to alter the votes, couldn’t deny that country wanted Duterte over Roxas, based on the number of people who showed up at these presidential candidates’ respective rallies.

I just wished BBM and Leni Rebredo held similar rallies. Then we’ll know for sure who’s the real winner should have been.

        2. Aeta,

Here are two (2) profound and concrete evidence. First Why haven’t Comelec finished counting all the votes yet? This is the first time in Failippine election that it has taken this long to count the votes.
—- its was not the first time fyi. And it was not yet finish as some of the result have not yet been transmitted.

          — I even wonder, if you are watching the news both channels, I bet not.

Anyone with a bit of common sense can tell that there is something very unusual going on behind closed doors, that the Aquino administration and Comelec are not being truthful about this vote counting at all.
—- only to those close minded marcos supporters. Marcos made the chaos simply because he cannot accept that he was defeated by Leni.

Like I said, BBM and Leni Rebredo should have held their own rallies like Duterte and Roxas, so we can all see by the number of turnouts on which candidate the country really wants.
—Well Marcos did it, there was a rally in Luneta two days after the election, marcos supporters gathered but unfortunately only few joined the rally, let me guess, hundreds? for sure not even thousands.
Lenis supporters are mostly from visayas and mindanao. Aside, you cannot measure the real winner by doing what you have suggested, that is pretty ridiculous.

The Aquino administration and Comelec, even in their best effort to alter the votes, couldn’t deny that country wanted Duterte over Roxas, based on the number of people who showed up at these presidential candidates’ respective rallies.
          — No, if there was cheating happened, then why spare roxas from it? He should have won instead of Duterte. From that itself its logical, there is no cheating at all.. You cheated your own mind.

I just wished BBM and Leni Rebredo held similar rallies. Then we’ll know for sure who’s the real winner should have been.

          — Lol as in lol.
I wish people know how to accept defeat and respect people’s votes.

By the way, it’s very hard to provide “concrete evidence” when all of those evidence are in the Comelec’s hands. The rest of us can just base how things should have turned out from the people’s voices; and,all of them are very surprised, even aghast, at how someone-who was virtually unknown in the political scene, albeit her late husband Jesse Rebredo-could become the next vice president of this country. This whole VP election is just way beyond everyone’s logical comprehension, including yourself if you cared to admit it.

          Aeta

        4. Jem,

No matter what I say, no matter what others say, nothing is going to make you changed your mind that Leni Rebredo’s victory was rigged by the current administration and Comelec. People like you will continue to buy into the brainwashing scheme of your own government, because you have nothing else to justify your stupid “Pinoy Pride Chicken.” Failipinos are real “numb nuts” when when it comes to deluding themselves into believing whatever they want to believe; and it shows on just how fucked up the country is.

          Aeta

        5. Aeta,

Please tell that to yourself. You are defining yourself not Filipinos. Go back to your own planet as clearly you are an intruder alien. If you think we are numb nuts, i cannot blame you for that, your mind is as small as nuts.

        6. Jem,

If you look at my other posts, you’ll see that I have always admitted that I’m a product of a fucked up culture called the Failippines, and also realized that my people are just as aristocatic and self-serving as I am.

The difference between us is I’m not afraid to admit the truth about us. Unfortunately, you and tens of millions of our people are not willing to say the same thing about yourself to protecdt your stupid “Pinoy Pride Chicken.”

Whatever planet I came from is the same one you were hatched from. Our brains are the size of a numb nuts and we all live our lives like our primitive ancestors who had nothing better to do but kill each other for petty reasons, while we try to fashion our lifestyle to the social sophistication of our former colonizers and benefactors, to give the impression to the international community that we’re “world-class” citizens of a modern society.

The truth is you, me, and every Failipinos that have walked this earth are nothing but a bunch of neanderthal copycats who think highly of himself/herself, and will outshine one another at a drop of hat.

This is why you and I, and the rest of our fucked up people, will never be a world class nation—whether Marcos or Rebredo wins or whoever fucked up Failipino politician wins. Kapish?

  22. Soros history of cheating to shoot down authoritarian leaders or would be leaders are planned so well that the legal mechanisms in these countries could not cope up with the sophistication.

The election protest of BBM surely will take years at the least.

    1. This is the reason, we have to put this Cheating as a PRIORITY CASE. Gather all evidences; DO THE RECOUNT…prosecute all guilty parties responsible. Jail them, if they are founbd guilty.

It will be our fault, if we allow this cheating, to have the same fate as the Maguindanao massacre.

Why did these things happen? Because of our APATHY to clean our own house. And let these evil politicians do their thing. Talk is cheap; but action will take results…

“This is the reason, we have to put this Cheating as a PRIORITY CASE.”

Even if we did, there is nothing we could do against those in power; and nothing in the Failippines is more powerful than the current leaders of this shithole of a country.

        Aeta

        1. @Aeta:

In the U.S., the late Pres. Nixon, had a Watergate case. He ordered some listening devices to be placed in the Democrats National Headquarter. Somebody discovered the listening devices.

The American people were outraged. They demanded his impeachment. Most of those involved: the Secretary of Justice; Presidential advisers; etc…went to jail. Pres. Nixon, resigned, before, they could jail him.

It is the people, who don’t right the wrong; that will only live in this country like us…

Dr. Rizal said: “There are no tyrants, if there are no slaves”…if we accept ourselves, as slaves of these tyrants. then, we deserve to live as slaves…

    2. The cheating deeds have been done. Nothing else anyone can do excep move forward, and accept the fact that nothing–and no one–is trustworthy in this shithole country called the Failippines.

    3. Boggs Lee,

Yea, but just like every shits that happen in this shithole of a country, they will all get swept under the carpet and forgotten.

      Aeta

  23. How about the senatorial race? Has anyone been doing analysis on the numbers to see if it was rigged on not? Dillon’s commanding lead seems surprising given his well documented PDAP shenanigans, or are we that forgetful?

  24. No wonder Drilon was on top. =) Hard to believe that THAT many Duterte supporters are sympathetic to any LP-related scumbag at all. We should eradicate all forms of scum in this earth and a good start would be the Liberal Party.

    1. Camara,

This is why the people of the Failippines need to get to the very roots of the problem (and I mean all the roots), create an awareness (even if the truth exposes certain segments of the country to scrutiny), and address those problem areas as a whole and not as individuals. This is what “all” Failipinos need to do to save their nation.

      1. Aeta, I don’t understand why Filipinos are addicted to chaos, it seems that it gives them a personal high or is it because of idleness that keeps them being bored ?

        1. Camara,

Generally, I don’t believe people in this world are addicted to chaos. I believe some of us invite “chaos,” obstacles, and challenges to spice up the banality of our lives and to give some sort of an adrenaline rush in our otherwise mundane life.

Since the beginning their recorded history (it goes even further back, but we’ll never know for sure), Failipinos have always lived their lives in a tribe and clan-like fashion that divided them from each other; over seven thousand islands that separated the archipelago, as well as numerous provinces, dialects, customs, and traditions do not help unite the Failipinos with one another either.

Along came the Spanish and Americans. Their religions, aristocratic lifestyles, and form of government were supposed to bring social order in this otherwise divided, unrefined, and chaotic people.

Instead, the Failipinos used their new-found social skills to compete and outshine one another in all aspects of their lives; and there is still a strong sense of these over-inflated attitude ego in the ways Failipinos live today, to whom they associate with, and the social “sosyal” order in which they carry themselves in all levels (from rich to poor) of their society.

What the Failipinos needs is not another physical revolution, like the one they had in EDSA in 1986. What this aristocratic and self-serving people need is a proverbial overhauling of their society’s moral compass (a mental revolution), that will inspire individual awareness and personal change.

Finally, unless Failipinos learn to change their country-destructive ways and rid themselves of their individual and useless “Pinoy Pride,” their nation will not move forward and they, as a people, will continue towards the path of oblivion and “chaos” is always going to be the order of their day.

          Aeta

        2. Aeta,

As soon as we have people like you and pretending to be a Filipino, this country will never progress. Like your name ,which if we translate it in our vernacular, it means a piece of shit. Please return to your dark planet.

        5. Jem,

I don’t have to pretend, Dumbass. It really doesn’t matter what you think. All I know is you’re fucked up, I’m fucked, up, and all Failipinos are fucked up. So would you like a Dr. Pepper, too? I know we Aetas look like a piece of shit to you and our people. It’s that aristocratic (hambog) mentality of ours that condescend (looks down) on our indigenous people. See, I know you better than you know yourself, Dumbass.

          Aeta

        6. Aeta,

We have good life in Philippines, we don’t have nothing to complain against our government, they did well and we are grateful for everything they have done. We are good abiding citizen in our country unlike you (if you are real Filipino). So if there’s a person who is fucked up it’s not us, it’s YOU. Your bitterness might be a consequence of your hapless fate. I feel so sorry for you.
Oh by the way, Clearly you dont understand what i mean with the word Aeta,Im not referring to the indigenous people. Expand your research pls.

          Mwahh.

        7. Jem,

All I can say is, “fuck you and your good life” in the Failippines. You have the gall to tell us how good your life is under the current administration while our people leave the country by the planeload as OFWs, so they can send their remittance money home to enrich the oligarchs.

At the same token, the rest of the population who were not fortunate enough to leave, fight one another for crumbs that fell of the elitists’ (like yourself) table. Next thing you’ll probably tell us is how big and nice your houses, condos, and cars are; and what part of the world you take your vacations.

Goddamn, it’s aristocratic (hambog) and self-serving (makasarili) elitists like you that gives our nation a bad name. As long as the rest of the country suffers, while you enjoy your good life under the current administration, there is nothing to be “Proud to be [of as] a Failipino.” Instead, we should say we’re “Fucked to be a Failipinos.”

So why don’t you “mwahh” your own pompous ass?

          Aeta

        8. Aeta,

You love using that word f**k, so I wonder how many times life f**ked you up? I pity you.
The remittances of OFWs, as you’ve said , it goes to each OFW’s home, so of course Oligarchs never directly benefited from it.
Living a good life doesn’t mean riding a limousine, living in mansion etc (is that how you view a goodlife?pathetic). It’s about contentment of what we have. Gov’t is trying to give the best though not perfect but we understand , we choose to be grateful.
You are the one giving a bad name to this country, I wish only few people with the same mindset of yours. Government will not feed you nor please you okay? You lazybone and a self-minded individual get a life of your own and stop blaming the government, stop being idiot.

        9. Jem,

You’re goddamn right I enjoy using the word “Fuck.” It’s the best way to describe the Failipino people and the “fucked up” aristocratic and self-serving ways in which they think and live their lives that destroyed their country and one another.

I can’t think of another word that best describe you, me, and our “fucked up” society, without being circumvented by the scapegoating semantics of our narcissist people.

You’re also completely “fucked up” if you don’t think our government officials and their Chinese benefactors didn’t benefit from the OFWs’ remittance money. Why do you think these oligarchs encourage every “fucked up” Failipinos to become OFWs expats? So our brainwashed people will leave the country to earn their livelihood elsewhere, because the businesses and jobs they once had in their own country have all been compromised and sold to Chinese investors from other Asian countries.

How in the hell do you think Henry Sy of SM Malls (worth about $14 billions today but essentially a nobody during Martial Law), other Chinese-Failipino businesses, and many of our politicians became very rich in the last 30 years after Martial Law? Go figure, Dumbass. These oligarchs have literally monopolized all the industries in the country.

“Living a good life doesn’t mean riding a limousine,” my ass. Why are you grateful to a current government who had essentially “sold out” the whole country and the people’s livelihood to the “fucking” devils?

You’re grateful because you’re one of the very few who’d managed to make it—and I can only suspect how–under this tyrannous and oppressive system, but you can’t expect the rest of us to feel the same way.

Yes, Martial Law was tough and Marcos was a tyrant, but the “fucked up” Failipinos didn’t have to resort to becoming OFWs and leave their families, nor commit social injustice towards each other just to make ends meet.

Marcos ensured these “fucked up” Failipinos had their businesses and their jobs, and kept the Chinese influence from spreading throughout the nation by way of Chinese-Failipino-owned businesses bribing their way into our power-hungry political dynasties’ pockets who are in power now.

Take or leave what I said, “Fuck Head,” but the truth is the truth: You’re “fucked up,” I’m “fucked up,” and the rest of our people are “fucked up” for being a “sellout” to our own nation and people.

          Aeta

    1. d_forsaken,

This is why the voice (vote) of the people in Failippine election is inconsequential, for it is the people in power that influences the outcome. As I have oten said, ‘there is no integrity in Failippine politics.’

      Aeta

        1. Yeah right you only agree on what your beloved yellow journalism tells you. Idiot talk by an idiot aquino follower.

        2. Btw I bet you also believe that you can make millions in just months by selling only lugaw just like what your beloved candidate did. You need some soul searching smartass kid.

        3. Lol, you’ve misunderstood the statement and used it to counter Leni’s campaign. That makes you even more stupid.
Why cant you accept the fact that marcos Flue-fever had died longtime back and he doesn’t deserve to become the VP of Phil or even baranggay kagawad?. Even if he will cheat the people still NO_CHANCE at all.

          Oh, Accept DEFEAT boy!

        4. Jem,

You’re right about one thing. I’ve accepted the older Marcos’s defeat a long time ago in 1986 and gave the supposedly heroes of the EDSA Revolution about 30 years to put the country back on track.

Guess what? These supposedly heroes (Aquinos, Cojuangos, Enriles, Ramoses, Lopezes, Ayalas, and their Chinese-Failipino counterparts like the Sys, Gokongweis, and Gozons) ended up the villain that raped the country even more, and sent the Failipinos’ lives spiraling down the toilet.

You’re obviously one of the assholes who’d benefitted from these “Yellow Tards” and now shamelessly bragging about how your life has been great under these oligarch administration. Shame on you.

You’ve deluded yourself into believing that the Failippines and the people were saved from an evil family like the Marcoses, but so stupid and blind to accept the fact that the nation was raped for a lot more by the assholes that came after them.

You’re a typical “Fliptard.” Proud, selfish, and have an asshole for a brain.

          Aeta

        5. Lol, call me all the names, it wont bothered me darling. Im not affected, we are living a good life, and you? living in limbo. Should i praise you for lauding the devil? or even protecting the thief. (clap clap)
Aquinos can never regain the country as marcoses looted all the money leaving us nothing but shame to the whole country and whole world.

If we’re the ones benefited from this Aquinos Administration, i would love to share it with you, to lessen the bitternes of your life. Haha

        6. @Jem:

Aquinos can never regain the country as marcoses looted all the money leaving us nothing but shame to the whole country and whole world.

If we’re the ones benefited from this Aquinos Administration, i would love to share it with you, to lessen the bitternes of your life. Haha

Spoken like a real-life whore who belongs to a family of whores like yourself. Of course you won’t admit because it’s all 100% true.

Aquinos can never the country not because the Marcoses looted all the money. In fact, them and their cronyism took advantage of the 1987 Constitution that they robbed the public BLIND for 30 years! Their best crime is to convince that Cory is a saint and Noynoy is a capable leader compared to that crook Marcos. See what I did there?

30 years ago, there was just one plunderer. Today, there are plunderers left and right that if you total what has been plundered for 30 years, that one plunderer 30 years ago now looks like an amateur. The national budget during the military rule looks like peanuts now compared to the three Trillion budget of today. And yet, they trumpet that Yellows are of Daan Matuwid. Indeed, a lie that is repeated often enough becomes a truth.

And you’re wrong if the Marcos leave us nothing but shame because of that loot. After they left, did the people after him mproved our standing and reputation in the international community. No, they didn’t. We are now seen to be a stupid people because who does the world see in this archipelago? Stupid leaders. Singing talents, beauty queens, boxing champions wouldn’t cover the fact that the country is now structured and operated like it was the 14th, 15th, 16th century Europe. Next move is to be like Africa. That to them is improvement because they didn’t want to look like Latin America. No wonder, PHL is the basket case of Asia.

    1. Jem,

“because marcos was defeated by Leni so wala ng integrity ang election? oh com’on. grow up.”

I swear you’ve must have fell off the crib too many times when you’re a baby, or, you’re a silver-spoon fed baby and have been immuned from the harsh reality of life by your parents. You should really get out more often a get a reality check. You’ve been sheltered for far too long.

      Aeta

  25. Jem,

I know you’re not affected because you’re living a good life under the current administration, and you don’t want anything to change that. But you know what? you are the very example of why the country is “fucked up.”

As a typical Failipino, once you get what you want, you become numbed and could care less what happens to the country and your own people.

I’m afraid you’re the one who has the problem and don’t know it yet. Not me. Keep enjoying the good life and let’s see how long it will last. “Que Sera, Sera (Whatever Will Be, Will Be),” Dumbass.

    Aeta

      1. Jem,

Your case was rested a long time ago; I was just entertaining your delusions. You don’t want to accept the truth because you’re too “fucking” proud and stupid.

        Aeta

        1. I bet she’s a richfag who enjoys the fruits of the so-called “improving economy” of noybita.

    1. tomas,

Exactly! If COMELEC’s integrity is the one in question, then we should also question their controversial vote-counting result that declared Leni Rebredo the winner.

      Aeta

      1. Aeta,

If your noisiness can change the verdict of the election then continue clamoring for vain .

While you and Marcos Sobporters are crying for a re-election, we are celebrating and savouring Leni’s winning moment.

I can see Marcos sobbing under Imelda’s dirty skirt.
        Lol.

        1. Jem,

Damn, I really thought you’ve rested your case. What’s the matter, your conscience is eating you up based on what I had said? That your good life under the Yellow Tard administration came at a very high cost and the Failipino people are picking up the tab.

Enjoy your victory celebration. The Failipino people know that you wouldn’t be celebrating if the current government you’re supporting didn’t cheat. Just remember this, though. The money spent at your little victory party for your bogus candidate is “blood money,” courtesy of our county and people.

          Aeta

        2. Celebration? It would be a true celebration if Leni Robredo defects from the Liberal Party.

In actuality, you’re celebrating the continuous destruction of the Failippines thanks to people like you. In any case, you’re the one who is crying inside since you’re choking on your own tears. Of course, what do I expect from a real-life whore like yourself. LOL at me again and you’re proving being one.

      2. @Aeta

Yes. For the life of me I can’t understand why talks of that hadn’t been initiated by COMELEC. Any self respecting organization would’ve done that by now.

        1. tomas,

I’ve already come to terms that there really isn’t any integrity in Failippine politics. Everyone in this God-forsakened country has a price and can be bought. I just hope Duterte will do the same thing he’s done in Davao on his first day in office as president: kick ass and take names later. There are too many arrogant and self-serving people in this country that need their asses kicked.

          Aeta

      3. I’m so sorry Aeta, that message was not meant for you. It was for the Rich/well off kuno and Hambog Jem.

    2. COMELEC has integrity?

It just so happened that they didn’t expect such a large margin between Duterte and his rivals, that is why they cannot tweak the results anymore for their chosen one.

They are tweaking the VP results now to suit their needs.

      COMELEC has integrity??

  26. joeld,

COMELEC couldn’t fuck up the presidential election. It was obvious the whole country wanted Duterte to win. The problem was the whole people slept through the VP vote-counting and assumed that BBM has that win in the bag. That was a complete oversight on the country’s part and the Yellow party took advantage of the situation.

    Aeta

    1. Jem,

It’s all right. I understand. It’s hard for you to be humble when you’re a member of the Yellow Party that is made up of the Aquinos, Cojuangcos, and the rest of the Chinese business community that are raping the country. It’s only a matter of time before it’s your turn to get raped by these people once they’re through with us.

      Aeta

      1. Well what do you expect? She’s nothing but a whore who always want to get assraped all the time. That’s how dumb and stupid she is.

        1. Jem,

Is that the laughter of the one who’s doing the raping, or, the one being raped?

          Aeta

        2. @Aeta: More like it’s the laughter of being raped many times as she loved it, not to mention she is dying with Yellow AIDS.

      2. DIO,

You’re right. Jem’s showing sign of being out of her mind from the Yellow disease. Can’t help but feel sorry for this scum sponge.

        Aeta

  27. just thinking, if DU30’s lead at 7:30PM on election night was not in the millions, that the same thing that happened to BBM, coulda?

    1. “if DU30’s lead at 7:30PM on election night was not in the millions”, you’ll see millions of his supporters rallying in social media and the street by then. That’s why they never tried.
