Why do communists have a problem with being “red-tagged”?

Isn’t red the symbolic colour of the communist “movement”? Wasn’t the Kremlin, the seat of power of the now-defunct Soviet Union situated at Red Square? Isn’t the People’s Republic of China referred to as Red China? Aren’t the flags of these two former and current (respectively) commie empires predominantly red? Aren’t the flags of front organisations of the Communist Party of the Philippines (CPP) like Bayan and the Kilusang Mayo Uno (KMU) among others coloured red? Doesn’t the New People’s Army (NPA), the terrorist arm of the CPP, wear the colour red along with the hammer and sickle on its sleeve with pride?

So why be all crybaby over being “red-tagged” then?

It’s quite baffling. These radicals like threatening any sitting government with violent “revolution” on one hand and, on the other, are reduced to blubbering babies when tagged as “red”. How about we see the ol’ fighting spirit for a change? After all, these bozos like waving fists in the air as if inviting authorities to do them the honour of battle.

Instead of facing the music, however, these cowards actually go as far as denying their links to the CPP-NPA. One such organisation is the “women’s issues” group GABRIELA. Recently caught in the midst of an imbroglio involving ABS-CBN starlet Liza Soberano, the organisation’s handlers are now doing backflips trying to scrub the red tag off their skins.

“Has there been proof given that Gabriela is an underground organization or a front of an underground organization? I think that is a perfect example of red-tagging. You jump into conclusions and just name an organization or a person that you’re part of this movement,” [Commision on Human Rights (CHR) Commissioner Gwendolyn Pimentel-Gana] said.

Actually, there has never been any categorical denial on the part of any representative of GABRIELA that they are communists. Nor has any representative of this or any other front organisation of the CPP ever denounced the atrocities and unlawful activities perpetrated by the NPA. Indeed, their notion of “battle” is anything but honourable and is downright cowardly.

We see this cowardice in these communist “revolutionaries” in how they hide behind chi chi celebrities like Liza Soberano, Soberano’s Big Corporate Media employer ABS-CBN, and the oligarchs who presume to “lead” the broader Philippine Opposition, the Yellowtards (the bloc rabidly loyal to the Aquino-Cojuangco feudal clan). How do they expect to launch, much less win, a “revolution” if they are the bunch of limpdicks that they reveal themselves to be when under the gun?

If the communists want to be taken seriously, shore up their brand, and rise from being the sad laughingstock that they are today, they need to grow some balls. That’s next to impossible if they try to fight from within their comfort zones playing the Woman Card whenever caught in a circus and forever spinning their overused Victim Narrative.

    1. Everyone already knows that NPA is a terrorist organization no need to condemn anymore its a truism its like saying your sh!t smells bad, we know that already. They are condemning the military when there are abuses because they hold the military to a higher standard than terrorists. Is that really so hard to understand idiot? Unless you personally equate the military and the terrorists is that your position?

      1. Here’s the problem: those left-leaning groups didn’t even made a single statement condemning the atrocities and abuses made by the NPA terrorist organization that some of them even made spins about it (like the “AFPNPA” crap).

I had a talk with a Gabriela Youth bitch on Facebook and wow, she loves to made shit up.

  1. The commies, hide in the “skirts” of the Women Organizational front like, the “:Gabriela”…they have many fronts, that were legalized by the late, brainless President, the idiotic housewife : Cory Aquino.
These fronts have even representatives in Congress, elected thru the , “Partylist System”…

The “Partylist System”, was a “payback” of the traitor housewife President , Cory Aquino, for their efforts to conduct rallies, during the EDSA times…it is a matter of common sense, to remove this , “partylist system”; because this is one way for the commies, to fund their so called: “Maoist revolution”…they get their funds thru the Pork Barrel System…we the idiotic taxpayers, are funding their revolution, that is trying to overthrow our duly elected government…

If you are a commie, and is “red tagged”, as commie…don’t fret like a child, because, in truth: you are a commie, and in hiding, you are painting your face: red…

Anyway, “red tagging” these commies and their “commie celebrity endorsers, as well as their supporters, like the : Aquino Cojuangco political axis; the YellowTards; the Roman Catholic liberation theology clergy; their oligarch supporters; any political opportunists, and other commie adventurist…is a good way to fight this insurgency battle…

We have to win this battle against these commies…they are running around in our backyards already, and creating a political scenario like EDSA !

    1. So you are also against sss, philhealth, fire department, police and public safety, public schools? Because those are all communist ideas where the community pools resources for the common good. Also, build your own private bridge and roads idiot

      1. @greengin:

Who are against these government functions ? Only an idiots is against these government functions…

      2. You’re confusing communism with social welfare. However, the problem with socialism is where you run out of other people’s money.

No wonder why Venezuela is in shambles.

        1. That just means there’s a limit to anybody’s money. Not seeing that in advance makes us entitled monkeys or whatever. Nature’s laws make it clear to be superior to manmade laws.

    1. Remember what the Khmer Rouge those commie terrorists from Cambodia had done to 2 million Cambodians when they’d killed them in the name of Communism? Is this what the Kapamilya artists like Lisa Soberano or Vice Ganda wants that in order to overthrow our gov’t & establish a Communist state in our country? Well if they want that then let them killed by an anti-commie genocide just like what the former Indonesian dictator Suharto did to his country in the late 1960s as their punishment to their so called “activism”.

      1. Just because khmer rouge was labeled “communist” by the USA doesnt make it so in the same way just because you call yourself smart doesnt mean anything. The US also killed millions in vietnam, iraq, laos, cambodia, north korea, afghanistan so does that mean democracy means killing?? Communism is a stateless, classless, moneyless system where the only motivation for production is human need not greed or profit. Everyone helping each other depending on their own skills, and just having fun and having sex all day. If you ever experience after an 8-hour shift at work you have a vague feeling of being ripped off and tricked into spending the best hours of your day enriching your company’s stockholders you are a communist also.

  2. RED is the commie’s color – owing to the fact that a lot of blood-letting is typically involved in transitioning to a communist system/regime. Rivers of blood need to flow for a country to get to the status of what you have in China and Vietnam today -> a one-party system that has virtually no opposition (actually good for achieving stable policies and long-term national goals). It’s a system very far from the democracy Filipinos crave for.

For very corrupt societies like PH, the absence of opposition / check and balances will not work – thus, our very slow snail-paced progress with lots of debates, red tape, court cases and vacillating in direction. Communism will not work in PH because Filipinos are inherently corrupt and greedy; it will work only for societies founded on integrity, a people who would regard the welfare of the state above one’s own, and who can produce leaders that can be trusted.

With the Allan vs. Alan showdown that just took place in the Lower House recently, we are probably 5 decades away from the point where one can take a gentleman at his word.

There were war in those countries; and in wars , there are casualties…Democracy is not for killing…It is a government for the people, by the people , and of the people. I believe more in the capitalist system.

Communism is a failed ideology of : Marx, Lenin and Mao Tse Tung. It is “dictatorship by the proletariat”, as they call it. It is not classless, because the higher members of the “politburo”, eat better, live better, and “fuck better”. The rest are the : “slave workers of the state”; and, are rationed in food, clothing, and shelter.

We have to look at how , JoMa Sison, is living a “rich and famous life” , in Amsterdam , Holland; cavorting and “fucking” young women…While his NPA/CPP soldiers, are living in poverty in some forests and mountains in the Philippines. The NPA/CPP recruits , female soldiers; and use them , as fighters, and “pleasure women”, at the same time.

There is no freedom of speech; of the press; and other freedoms in a communist state. It is also a “Godless ideology”. Their God is their “Chairman of the Politiburo”. Look at Kim Il Sung, in North Korea…he is worshiped as God. Mao Tse Tung of China, was also worshiped as God, during his time.

In North Korea, there was famine, some years ago. People had not enough food to be rationed, and so they ate: insects, tree barks, and anything to fill their stomachs; or just died in starvation… The “state slaves”, did not produce enough food for the population, and so they starved…

Just look at the condition, of communists /socialists countries of the world. Look at Cuba…look at Venezuela, North Korea, etc..

Russia became prosperous, when it switched to capitalism, China became a capitalist state, but still has a dictatorship of its politburo.

Communism does not work, and it will never…because it hinders, the ability of an individual, to be, what he/she wants to be !

        1. what you described is totalitarian system not communism. absolute power like a god king. under the soviet union the nkvd or “interior ministry” literally had the power of life and death over any citizen by simply designating him or her enemy of the state. there was no recourse. Im not sure why you insist on that thats not communism.

Communism is just people living together and helping each other no ceo to take all the profits, no salary deduction if god forbid you decide to take time off to smell the roses instead of spending the best years of your life toiling away in a cubicle.

funny that you say capitalism gives you freedom when majority of the population is imprisoned 8 hours a day at work to enrich the stockholders hehehe in a communist system, the farmers will farm, the artists will entertain etc etc and everything is shared and all are happy and having orgies all day because they dont have to spend 8 hours a day in your cubicle. because the motive for everything has been transformed from profit to human need. thats all.

        2. Communism is just people living together and helping each other no ceo to take all the profits, no salary deduction if god forbid you decide to take time off to smell the roses instead of spending the best years of your life toiling away in a cubicle.

“Fascism, Nazism, Communism, and Socialism are only superficial variations of the same monstrous theme – collectivism.” -Ayn Rand

  3. It’s only acceptable to be ” communists” in times of crisis- not out of genuine benevolence but to appease the poor and avoid upheaval.

  4. @greengrin:

Is not North Korea, a communist state ? How about the former Soviet Union , under Lenin and Stalin ? Or Communist China , under the late, Mao Tse Tung ? These are all communist states. I will also include Cambodia, Under Pol Pot.

North Korea, under Kim IL Sung, Kim Jong IL, and Kim Jung Un , is a communist state. The Kim family are rulers…They had murdered millions of North Koreans, who are against them…they had slaved and starved their own people. Soviet Union was a communist state, under Lenin and Stalin…they established, the “Soviet Gulags”, slave labor camps, for political dissidents. The prisoners are worked to death, and starved. Mao Tse Tung, unleashed the “Maoist Cultural Revolution”, that murdered and starved millions of Chinese. Mao Tse Tung had also his version of “slave labor camps”, for political dissidents and political enemies. Cambodia’s Pol Pot had his killing fields, that murdered Cambodians suspected of being against communism. Pol Pot murdered millions of Cambodians, for no reason at all..except just being suspected to be against his communist regime…

The ideology of Marx, Engel and Lenin was an Obsolete and Failed Ideology. It simply did not work, because, it is based on deluding people of a “Communist Utopia”, which will never exist in our civilization…

So, let us put in the garbage, this communist ideology, that the CPP/NPA use to delude people; especially the ignorant young Filipinos…”diretso sila sa inodoro”, like their “otso diretso ” counterparts, that are now, swimming in the septic tank !

  5. Question: Why do communists have a problem with being “red-tagged”?

Answer: The word “red-tagged” was just invented by the terrorist group known as the CPP-NPA-NDF as what this former commie rebel/terrorist by the name of Ka Eric just said on this video below.

    https://youtu.be/0gzq5u2Jv8I

  6. Communism killed over 100 million people, even now it still kills a lot of people. Anyone who is a commie has absolutely no idea how evil and destructive Communism is.
