A Moment Of Silence For A Dead Anonymous Dolphin…

I’ve already written an article similar to this but I’m putting this up again because some of us really need to know what’s happening in our sad little country. Just to refresh your memory, here’s the video in question again so you’ll have a better idea why I’m really upset right now. Apparently, a rare dolphin, an endangered species in fact, was found beached somewhere in Quezon City. Local authorities were sent to help the poor creature return to the sea but, before they could get there, it seems that a bunch of dumb locals had busied themselves with slaughtering the innocent dolphin. All authorities had found were the remaining body parts of the dolphin which were relatively fresh which meant that it was fairly recent when a bunch of Pinoy idiots had decided to butcher the hapless cetacean.

Truth be told though, the dolphin wasn’t the sole victim of Pinoy selfishness and stupidity. Not too long ago, fellow GRP writer Kneil Andrews wrote a piece about Pamana, one of the last surviving Philippine eagles in the country. Sadly, Pamana had also been shot and butchered by Pinoy idiots who had nothing better to do than find exotic dishes probably because they suffer from severe erectile dysfunction and baluts can no longer serve as effective aphrodisiacs for them.

Anyway, what’s sad is that no one ever seems to care about the helpless endangered species of the Philippines save perhaps for the few environmentalists in our country. To many of us, the death of endangered species are “no big deal” and, more often than not, we care more about the garbage on our TVs and sappy romance couples like Kathniel, Aldub and whoever the Hell Pastillas Girl is supposed to be with right now. As long as we’re happy, we don’t give a rat’s ass about endangered species and the environment. To Hell with Pamana, the butchered dolphin and the rest of the environment as long as everybody’s happy, eh?

What’s worse is that the indiscriminate killing of animals isn’t the only way that we insult Mother Nature. Many Pinoys, as I’ve said in my previous article, have utterly no respect for nature and her marvels. We litter like there’s no tomorrow, we massacre thousands of fish through illegal fishing methods and we reduce forests to barren wastelands through illegal logging. Then we cry bloody murder when natural disasters hit our country and obliterate our cities, belongings and loved ones.

Since some of you have taken to calling me a “prophet of doom”, I’m going to make my first prophecy here. If we Filipinos continue to disrespect nature as we do right now, then I can assure all of you that the terrible natural disasters will continue to hit the Philippines on a frequent basis. If we continue our callous attitude towards the environment, then Yolanda will just be the tip of the iceberg and that, the next natural disasters will be even stronger and more devastating. And unlike faith-based prophecies, I can prove this through scientific observations.

If you choose not to heed my warnings though, I’ll just pray that you won’t drown when the next flood comes along, get blown away by the wind of the next typhoon or that your house will withstand the next earthquake…

  1. China is much worst when it comes to destroying nature for so many years now.

So when will China disappear from the face of this world?

    1. @Toby,

it’s not a contest: both our country and China are guilty of several environmental atrocities, and both need to either get their acts together or face the consequences of environmental degradation.

      1. Japonicus,

Don’t worry, my business partner (zaxx) and I are creating a new breed of superhuman beings (half-Chinese and half-something else)–through inter-racial marriages or inoculation of 1.416 mL of yellow blood, and will be immuned to all the environmental hazards they will create in the name of profit and cheapness.

We can probably call these new breed of superhuman beings, “Cheapanese.” What do you say, zaxx?

        Aeta

        1. Superhuman Cheapanese – cool! Aeta, You really have a knack for making up names as we go along do you.

Well as I was staring at the chopped up dolphin in the post, I was wondering maybe we can create superhumans by grafting body parts – as in Pinoy body with Chinese head! some sort of Frankenstein.

Once we get enough profit from our venture business, we should develop an advanced R&D center for grafting and corrupting the Pinoy species.

However, native Aeata will be considered the “Aryan” master race of PH caste system. We cannot dilute it. Aeta will be considered an endangered species – P1M peso fine for killing one.

          https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Aryan_race

BTW, there is evidence that mixed blood is superior – look at Tiger Woods and Pres. Obama! who says we can’t create superior stuff out of cheap ingredients?

      2. You’re missing the point. People have been polluting since the invention of factories and have pushed species of animals to extinction since we’ve learned how to hunt. Grimwald’s prophecy is just like any other prophecy made by environmental alarmists.

        1. Maybe so…

But do you really want to take chances? Besides, don’t you think your kids deserve better than all the garbage and natural disasters? C’mon man, this isn’t just about us, this is about the folks that’ll come after our generation. Don’t you want your children and grandchildren to live in a beautiful country and not have to worry about pollution and cataclysms?

        2. Think harder, Aeta.

@Grimwald – But do you really want to take chances?

This wager has been made a long time ago. Decades upon decades of alarmist claims. You have a better odds if you bet on another world war happening.

        3. Toby,

If you are trying to put a religious twist to your prophetic talk, then you might as well forget it. I am not buying any of that religious mumbo-jumbo of the “wager has been made a long time ago.”

I will agree with you on one thing, though: pollution is caused by factories that make what we want and need with no end sight.

However, we can solve some of those pollution problems by wanting and needing less, living a much simpler life of not being too materialistic, just so we can say we had very meaningful lives.

  2. When most of the people are living by scraping the bottom of the barrel, concepts like environmental preservation doesn’t even come up on the radar. Those are reserved for people who have enough money to eat and travel. Maslow’s Hierarchy of Needs at work again.

Warped mentality, but it’s how it is in dirt poor societies.

  3. A Filipinos – distinguishing – characteristic.
The fun of killing defenseless animals.
It clearly shows that the worst predator, which brought forth the nature, the human being is.
And especially the Filipino. (Here I would like this statement does not refer to all Filipinos. I know intelligent and decent people in the Philippines learned.)
To peel a banana requires an IQ of 70. In many Filipino (PNOY) one might think that the IQ is 67t.
After all, who does not realize that animals are also creatures of God and we humans have a duty to protect nature, which is less than an animal. Just only an idiot with an IQ below 70.

  4. Well to be fair I believe human beings as a species are meant to destroy everything and eventually self-destruct/annihilated to make way for another dominant life form in the planet. But Pinoys will be the first in the finish line on that one. =)

    1. jar jar blinks,

You’re absolutely right: “Pinoys [Failnoys] will be the first in the finish line” to destroy each other and their country.

      Aeta

  5. If you tinker with Mother Nature. Mother Nature will fight back. That is for sure. Why did those people with “erectile dysfunctions” not used: Viagra, Cialis, etc?..

The front horn of the Rhinoceros, was also believed to cure, “erectile dysfunction”. Now, this animal is also endangered.

As pollution, deforestation, over fishing, CO2 smoke belching, will continue…the Planet Earth environment will be degraded and degraded. Until, Solar Storms will totally melt the ice caps in the South and North Poles. The magnetism of the Planet Earth will reverse; the Pacific “Ring of Fire” is already disturbed. Thru massive pollution of the ocean/rivers/lakes; the temperature of the nearby oceans, increase, giving birth to powerful Typhoons.

We may be going thru Planet Earth cleansing. This will be the true: “Daan Matuwid”…

    1. As the Solar Shield of the Planet Earth is destroyed by “Green House Effect”. The North and South Poles Polarity will be reversed. The Negative will become Positive, and vice versa. Machines will not work.

The Schumann Resonance, which Technical People call it the “Heartbeat ” of the Planet Earth is already 13. Further increase of this number will give the Planet Earth a “heart attack”…so, just be prepared of any eventualities. We have destroyed our Home…and we continue to destroy it…

    1. Scientific/Technical terms cannot be in Pilipino. I would love to, but, it is not practical, at this moment/time…
