Honchos of the Yellowtard-Communist Axis cry injustice — again — over the Supreme Court dismissal of the impeachment complaints against Vice President Sara Duterte. In the final analysis, however, they only have themselves to blame.
Indeed, the Yellowtards and commies are hopping mad over what they perceive to be the merely “procedural” justification cited by the SC.
“‘The Articles of Impeachment violated due process of law, as the draft and accompanying evidence were not made available to the respondent, thereby denying her the opportunity to be heard by the members of the House of Representatives. The Articles of Impeachment, besides being barred, are also constitutionally infirm and therefore null and void ab initio (Latin term for ‘from the beginning’),’ the decision said.”
A livid Akbayan Party List Representative Chel Diokno remains adamant in the righteousness of their cause over and above whatever the High Court rules nonetheless…

The process followed the CONSTITUTION: the complaint was verified, endorsed by more than one-third of the House, at iisa lang ang kasong kinakaharap ni Vice President Sara Duterte. There was no violation of due process—only a demand to present the truth to the Filipino people.
A certain Dino Singson de Leon, self-described “abogado para sa interes ng bayan” suggests that the SC decision was “a huge mistake” and that the institution itself is corrupted by the politics that surrounds it.
[…] let’s not even have the illusion that the Supreme Court is always right. In the book of Marites Danguilan Vitug, she reminded all of us that “the Court is not as cloistered or as independent as many believe. It breathes the same air as the political branches of government.”
Beyond the above examples of spoilt brattery being exhibited by the Yellowtards and their commie henchmen, there seems to be no evidence of any form of self reflection on the half-assed manner with which they mounted their impeachment campaign against the vice president. Rather than take stock of learnings from this experience to do better next time, the mob would rather blame City Hall for the outcome of their mediocre and downright dishonest work.
This is no better than the behaviour we see in those obnoxious SUV drivers caught brazenly breaking traffic laws and then behaving like complete thugs or princesses when apprehended by police officers or traffic enforcers. Not surprising though as they likely live in the same gated communities and are members of the same country clubs as the chi chi “thought leaders” of the Yellowtard-Communist Axis.
